The Institute for the Development of Tactical Equipment (IROT) is a Polish manufacturer of specialist tactical equipment for the Police and other uniformed services. Our products are designed with safety, ergonomics and durability in mind, even under intensive use. We hold a licence for the manufacture and sale of military-grade products and have the technological facilities to ensure full quality control – from design to the finished product.

- Softshell uniform: Made from a three-layer fabric with a membrane, featuring side zips for easy access to weapons and reflective ‘POLICJA’ lettering in thermal transfer foil.
- Tactical Plate Carrier Vest: Made from Cordura® with Tegris® plastic reinforcements, fitted with dedicated pockets for SAPI ballistic inserts and a boarding handle.
- Patrol Vest: Fluorescent model made of yellow Cordura-type laminate and mesh, with a laser-cut MOLLE/PALS system allowing for any pocket configuration.
- Universal Thigh Holster: Laminate construction (Cordura®, technical foam, velour) ensuring silent weapon draw and stability on the thigh.
- MOLLE Pocket Set: A system of dedicated pouches for a radio, handcuffs, breathalyser, mobile terminal and handheld pepper spray.
- Tactical Winter Jacket: Windproof and water-resistant insulated jacket, featuring numerous ergonomic pockets and an identification panel on the back.
