The Institute for the Development of Tactical Equipment (IROT) is a Polish manufacturer of specialist protective and logistical equipment designed for use in crisis situations and natural disasters. We design our solutions with civil defence and crisis management structures, as well as entities responsible for public safety, in mind. In high-risk conditions, we prioritise functionality, durability and rapid operational readiness of the equipment. Production is carried out in accordance with implemented quality and environmental management systems compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AQAP 2210 standards, issued by the Quality Certification Centre at the Military University of Technology.

- Mobility and rapid assembly: Our products, including tents, large-scale structures and flood barriers, are designed with mobility and rapid on-site assembly in mind.
- High material durability: We use certified PVC fabric with a weight of 650 g/m² and durable Cordura®, which is resistant to abrasion, tearing and adverse weather conditions.
- Certified ballistic protection: We supply ‘high-cut’ protective helmets, providing protection against shrapnel and small arms ammunition in accordance with NIJ 0108.01 Level IIIA.
- Suitable for long-term storage: Equipment such as the SR100 smoke hoods has a 10-year storage life without the need for servicing, which optimises the costs of emergency reserves.
- Polish manufacturing and licence: We have a production facility in Orneta and a licence for the manufacture and sale of military-grade products.

- Field Mattress (190 x 67 cm): A durable mattress with a top layer of hard-wearing cotton and a waterproof underside made of rubberised Cordura, protecting against moisture from the ground.
- Flood Barrier (Water Sleeve): A mobile barrier made of 650 g/m² PVC with an elliptical cross-section, fitted with a STORZ 52 connector and a vent valve.
- Rescue Stretchers (PVC): Professional evacuation stretchers with 8 carrying handles and reinforced tunnels for external poles, made from easy-to-disinfect material.
- Smoke Evacuation Hood: A mask integrated with the SR100 silicone body and a particle filter with an efficiency exceeding 99.997%.
- Emergency Blanket (Double-layered): A combination of thick insulating fleece and a waterproof outer layer, providing thermal protection in challenging field conditions.
- Evacuation Bag: A professional Cordura or PVC container designed to protect critical documentation from moisture and mechanical damage.
